Candidate who has passed the two years Higher Secondary Certificate (10 + 2) examination of Gujarat state or any other examination recognized as equivalent, in respective stream with a good academic record shall be eligible for admission, subject to such other conditions prescribed by the Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University from time to time.

B.C.A. & B. Sc.(IT)

Candidate who has passed the two years Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) examination of Gujarat state or any other examination recognized as equivalent, in science or commerce or vocational stream with a good academic record shall be eligible for admission, subject to such other conditions prescribed by the Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University from time to time.

Lateral Entry

Candidate who has passed the two years Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) examination of Gujarat state or any other examination recognized as equivalent, in science or commerce or vocational stream with a good academic record shall be eligible for admission, subject to such other conditions prescribed by the Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University from time to time.

B.Sc.(IT)

B.C.A.

M.Sc. (IT & CA)

Candidate with Bachelor degree (3 Years) - B.C.A. or B.Sc. or B.E. or B.Com (CS) or B.Pharm. or B.Arch degree or PGDCA with minimum 48% of Marks.

M.Sc.(Microbiology)

The candidate with B.Sc. Degree in Microbiology with at least Second Class is eligible for admission to M.Sc. - Microbilogy course. Students, who have cleared B.Sc. with Microbiology as the Second Subject in S.Y. B.Sc. will also be considered for admission provided the seats are available. Students will be admitted as per the reservation policy in effect from time to time as a directed by the Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University.

M.Sc.(Chemistry)

The candidate with B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry with at least Second Class is eligible for admission to M.Sc. - Chemistry course. Students will be admitted as per the reservation policy in effect from time to time as a directed by the Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

Admission procedure is based on norms of Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University & State Government. It starts soon after the declaration of the H.S.C./Degree exam results of Gujarat Higher Secondary Board/Saurashtra University.

The candidate seeking admission in any of the course needs to apply in a prescribed admission form. The application form can be obtained personally on payment of RS. 100/- in cash.

Application forms and prospectus can be obtained from the college during office hours. The duly filled application form is to be sent or submitted to the Principal within stipulated time.

Two attested photo copies of the following documents are to be attached with duly filled application form.

• Leaving certificate of school or N.O.C. of college last attended.
• H.S .C./ Degree or Equivalent mark sheet. (for BSc / BCA / BSc(IT) )
• Third Year Marksheet (for DMLT / PGDCA / PGDCHN / MSC (IT & CA) )
• H.S.C./ Degree attempt certificate.
• Provisional eligibility certificate from Saurashtra University in the case of
       other board/university candidates.
• Certificate issued by competent authority in case of reserve category
       candidates (If applicable)
• Certificate of Physical handicapped (If applicable)


• Passport size photographs.
